Dispatch Timeframes
Once your order has been placed, please allow 2–3 business days for it to be packed and dispatched from our warehouse. This processing time applies to all orders, except Express Post as these are prioritised and dispatched within 24 hours of your order being received (business days only).
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking details. Express Post orders will be delivered the next business day after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping within Australia
We provide complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders over $200.
- For orders under $200, a $10 shipping fee applies.
- Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15 per order.
After your order has been dispatched (see ‘Dispatch Timeframes’ above), standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days across Australia, while express shipping delivers within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Internationally
Step Ahead Shoes ships orders worldwide. Orders to New Zealand incur a flat $20 shipping fee. Orders to all other countries outside Australia incur a flat $40 AUD shipping fee. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and may be affected during peak periods. Please note that all international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Step Ahead Shoes is not liable for these charges. For more information on customs fees and regulations, please get in touch with your local customs office.
