Shipping within Australia

We provide complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders over $200.

  • For orders under $250, a $10 shipping fee applies.
  • Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15 per order.

After your order has been dispatched (see ‘Dispatch Timeframes’ above), standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days across Australia, while express shipping delivers within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Internationally

Step Ahead Shoes ships orders worldwide. Orders to New Zealand incur a flat $20 shipping fee. Orders to all other countries outside Australia incur a flat $40 AUD shipping fee. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and may be affected during peak periods.
