For all shipping, we use Australia Post, Parcel Post with signature or Couriers Please. Confirmation of the order will be sent by email when your order is placed.

General Exchange & Refund Info
Step Ahead Shoes Online is happy to offer customers an exchange, refund or credit for items purchased online within 14 days from the date received (please note there are no refunds for items purchased in store).
Please note the following exceptions: There are no refunds on sale items. They can be exchanged for a different size, style or you can take a credit. There is no expiry on the credit.
If a shoe is purchased at 50% off or more the sale is final. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
When returning shoes, please ensure that the shoes and the shoe box are returned undamaged and in their original conditions. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface.
Afterpay Refund Policy
The returns process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return was received. Please note a AU$10.00 per item return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount when you use this service.

Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

Since then I tried to look for this brand online and found "Step Ahead" late last summer and bought 3 pairs of summer shoes. Now I really need an office/casual shoe as my previous reputation brand that I bought during Covid not as good quality and comfortable anymore. I saw this on special and I bought them (Cassera & Chelsea) straight away. Shipping was fast, I wear to work first time this week and people comment that the shoe is beautiful (I wear with skirt/pants/jean). I also told them that this is not just beautiful, it's also light and comfortable and not make my foot blister. As I never disappoint in this brand so far. Please keep making a good shoe for us. Good shoe is really important for feet and body.
