Step Ahead Shoes online store delivers worldwide. All orders are processed at our head office in Melbourne where we operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Victorian Public Holidays. For all shipping, we use Australia Post. Confirmation of the order will be sent by email when your order is placed.

We are happy to happy to offer an exchange, refund of store credit for items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that refunds are not available for in-store purchases.
Exceptions to Our Returns Policy:
– Sale Items: Refunds are not available for our sale items. However, they can be exchanged for a different size, style or store credit. Store credits have no expiry.– Final Sale: Shoes purchased at 50% off or more are final sale. No exchanges or returns are excepted.
– Flash Sale/Promotional Events: Items purchased during flash sales or promotional events are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
Exchanges:
– We offer free shipping on your first exchange. However, if you need to exchange the item for the second time, we will issue you a store credit for the value of the shoes, minus a $10 fee to cover postage costs.
Returning Items:
– Return postage is at the customers expense.
– Please ensure that both the shoes and the shoe box are returned undamaged and in their original condition. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface to avoid damage.
– If returning your online purchase in-store, we can offer an exchange or store credit only. Refunds for online purchases cannot be processed in-store.
