Returns and Exchanges
Step Ahead Shoes Online is happy to offer customers an exchange, refund or credit for items purchased online within 14 days from the date received.
Please note the following exceptions: There are no refunds on sale items. They can be exchanged for a different size, style or you can take a credit. There is no expiry on the credit.
When returning shoes, please ensure that the shoes and the shoe box are returned undamaged and in their original conditions. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface.

Afterpay Refund Policy
The returns process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return was received. Please note a AU$10.00 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount when you use this service.

All deliveries are issued with a Step Ahead Online Store returns form. This must be completed and sent back with your return, along with your receipt to:

Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
All items purchased Online MUST be returned to Step Ahead Shoes Online for returns or exchanges. They will NOT be accepted in Step Ahead Shoes stores.
