Step Ahead Shoes online store delivers worldwide. All orders are processed at our head office in Melbourne where we operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Victorian Public Holidays. For all shipping, we use Australia Post, Parcel Post with signature or Couriers Please. Confirmation of the order will be sent by email when your order is placed.

General Exchange & Refund Info
Step Ahead Shoes Online is happy to offer customers an exchange, refund or credit for items purchased online within 14 days from the date received (please note there are no refunds for items purchased in store).
Please note the following exceptions: There are no refunds on sale items. They can be exchanged for a different size, style or you can take a credit. There is no expiry on the credit.
If a shoe is purchased at 50% off or more the sale is final. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
When returning shoes, please ensure that the shoes and the shoe box are returned undamaged and in their original conditions. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface.
Afterpay Refund Policy
The returns process can take up to 7 business days from the date your return was received. Please note a AU$10.00 per item return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount when you use this service.

Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

I had foot surgery a couple of years ago, and have since found it so difficult to find comfortable, trendy, high quality shoes. Well, I found them in Calaluna!! I purchased the natural, as it goes with most of my spring/summer wardrobe, and have had so many compliments on the style since wearing. They were my ‘go to’ sandal whilst on holiday recently, and due to the comfort and support these shoes provide, was able to walk all day, and enjoy being out and about!!! Highly recommend!!!!
